Whooop more TJM concepts!
I came up with this shortly after I watched Hey Arnold: The Movie.
The simple idea is Arnold and Helga had to stick together and I kinda thought that maybe Arnold would take the Journal with him on the trip so he was always carrying it. I would think somehow Helga would pester him about why he carried it around and what was it exactly. Though Arnold still didn't want anyone to know his main reason to be there: to find his parents. It's starts to get late, so they build a fire and find a place to sleep for the night. Arnold then soon falls asleep with the journal in his hand. Helga maybe waits for a bit and eventually sneaks over to get and read the journal. She happens to read bits of the the middle and the end. By only reading small bits, she comes to the conclusion that Arnold might be doing all this to maybe find out what happened to his parents. That's basically it in a nutshell. I hope you like c:
I was a bit lazy in some areas though.

I thought Helga could pester Arnold about his hat, then Arnold asks why Helga always wears that bow, as she doesn't seem to be the type to wear bows.
They get into a fight, but after a while, Helga says why she wears it and that's when Arnold starts to remember the time he first saw her.
